GJ Gardner on Top of the World
Lifetime Design members G.J.Gardner Homes Rodney are celebrating their outstanding success at the recent G.J.Gardner Homes International Awards ceremony held in Coolum Australia.
In addition to receiving the top award for services by a sales team in NZ, the Rodney franchise took away for the first time ever the top international award on offer of “International Franchisee of the year”.
Franchisees Mike Fraser and Ross & Elaine Morley said that they were absolutely over the moon at receiving this honor.
"With competing against 89 franchises worldwide this was an outstanding achievement by our team and really is a reflection of all the hard work they have done throughout the year," said Mike.
The award is based on a number of categories including number of houses built but it is also heavily weighted on the results of client surveys undertaken on clients who have had their house completed during the year.
Mr Fraser added that their number one business goal at the beginning of last year was to win the major award but with the international growth of G.J.Gardner Homes worldwide winning the award was becoming increasingly difficult.
"To be honest we knew we were in with a chance but really weren’t that confident about being successful and when the announcement was made it was an absolute amazing feeling," adds Mike.
When asked about next year's chance of winning Mike replied: "Well you can bet we will be giving it our absolute best shot to win it again!"
